The Dinghua Bga Rework Station DH-5830 is a high-precision rework station for soldering and desoldering of various surface

 mount components. It features two high-power, adjustable-level heating channels, a vacuum pickup pen and a self-adjusting 

auto-level soldering arm. This rework station is designed to improve the soldering process, helping to ensure optimal results. 

It also has an integrated temperature monitoring system, which helps to ensure that components are not over-soldering and 

that temperatures during the soldering process are kept within specified parameters. It is ideal for use in production and main-

tenance of surface mount technology components.

Special feature:

With  vacuum sucker, pick up the bga chip conveniently after de-soldering.

With USB 2.0 interface, can be connected with a computer or mouse, screenshot  temperature curve or future system update.

Real-time settings and actual temperature profile display can be used to analyzed  and correct parameters.

External temperature sensor enables temperature monitoring and accurate analysis of  real time temperature profile.

Adopt three heating zone, upper and low heater hot air, bottom heater is  infrared preheating zone.

K type close loop control, temperature accuracy will be on ±2°C

High power cross flow cooling fan, prevent the PCB from deformation.

Sound hint system: there is voice reminder 5s-10s before the completion of      heating, to get the operator prepared
